I hold the impression that while a bunch of the council is somewhere below to Harry in power, most of them embrace a more non-interventionist (i.e. cowardly) world view. After all he’s the only one with his name in the yellow pages. Still, I can just imagine tho S.C.’s reaction to all those admiring you’ve wizards who do the same in other cities when the game releases.

@Alopekos, a good question! The White Council tends to stand lock-step with one another (exceptions like Harry notwithstanding) on the rulings of the Senior Council, and with segments of the WC like the Wardens acting as outreach and enforcement of the Senior Council’s will, we think the entire White Council is worth being wary of. But this is all cart before the horse stuff — we haven’t gotten to the White Council section of this writeup yet.

I’ve read the whole series, but I think I must have missed something.

The White Council is a whole group of wizards, but the senior council is a smaller ruling body.

Do non-senior council members have any say in wizard legislation, etc? I can’t recall a young’un having any sway, with the notable exception of Harry.

Specifically mentioning the Ordo Lebes seems a little odd to me. The members themselves were all minor talents at best (their cell phones work, after all). It seems like it might flow better if it was phrased “especially members of loosely organized groups, such as the Ordo Lebes”. Or perhaps mentioning the “ParaNet” instead of the Ordo, since that was probably the most productive thing they’ve done.

Er… sorry… this sounds really, stupidly nit-picky. This stuff looks great and I can wait for the finished product.
